We’d like to think your new socks will bring you nothing but comfort and joy. Oh, and the occasional admiring glance.
But if you’ve changed your mind for some reason, please let us know: firstname.lastname@example.org. As long as your Doris & Dudes arrive back with us (unworn and still sporting their original tags) within 30 days of receipt, we’ll welcome them home with open arms.
Most of our mailing bags can be re-used, but if you don’t have the original packaging, safely pack them up into another waterproof mailing bag so they don’t get wet. And remember to pop a note with your name or order/packing slip inside the return, so we know who they’re from.
The cost of the return is covered by the customer, and we recommend you keep proof of postage. Please return your items to:

Once your socks have arrived back with us in their original condition, we can process your refund. This may take 5-10 days to reach your account depending on your original payment method, but we’ll let you know when it’s on its way.
Tried them on? Sorry, we won’t be able to refund you. To avoid any awkward conversations, please don’t return socks that have been opened, tried on, worn, used, marked or damaged in any way.
Found a flaw? Oh, no! It’s pretty rare, but if you think there’s something not quite right with your Doris & Dudes when they arrive, please hold off returning them and drop us an email [email@example.com] instead. We’ll sort it out as quickly as we can for you.
